Watches sent after 30 days of purchase may only be repaired and returned for mechanical defects. We will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
If for some reason you feel the merchandise is defective due to a mechanical issue, please note we are happy to repair the product within a 1 year period time from the purchase date. Please contact us with your order number if you are experiencing issues with your time piece.
There is a 30 days money back guarantee on all watches purchased from us. Within 30 days, you can request either a refund or an exchange. After 30 days, 25% restocking fees will apply.
Watches sent back with parts missing also will not be granted refunds or exchanges. Please allow a grace period of 2-3 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped back to you or for the credit to show up on your credit card bill.
You must return all watches in original factory boxes, booklets, and plastic wraps. All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during shipping. Include a copy of the receipt along with a note requesting a refund or exchange. Return the merchandise to the address on top of the receipt.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER 90 DAYS. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason. If we ship your order free, we will charge you shipping of the outgoing order when a product is returned. If you return the item because you did not like it, we will charge the shipping for returning the product. There will be no refund on used or worn watches as we do not sell used watches, we will only offer repairs for used watches if it is a mechanical defect, not cosmetic damages.
